AIAcon18 Day 3.: Interview with Mark LePage
My own take on AIAcon18
in New York City!!!
Day 3.1
Like I said previously, I am going to post more Interviews, Architecture and Vendors than there were conference days, so that is why there are going to 3.1. etc. and this may be an ongoing thing but time will tell if I can and it definately won't be every day like the last four!
Mark R. LePage is an architect in New York and the founder of EntreArchitect and a partner in the firm of Fivekat Studio Architects wih his wife, Annmarie McCarthy. EntreArchitect is a community of Sharing, Support and Encouragement for Small Firm Entrepreneur Architects and has a podcast with EntreAchitect which interviews architects and others who have support systems for Architecture. Check out his many podcasts (there is even one with me) and The EntreArchitect Facebook Community which has reached 3,000 members. I want to thank the EntreArchitect and Charette Ventures for their great Party on Pier 66 and if you go to @CharetteVentures you can see more photos from the party.
"I think that the future of architecture, especially for small firms, is remote and integrated out lives is becimong integrated our lives are becoming more integrated, the future of small firms are the remote studios with remote teams our workplaces are becoming more remote, the large foirms are the evolutio nof the studios, that they will grow from these remote studios to these physical offices
one aspect of the future of architecture, artificial intelligence adn VR are absolutely here as well and are changing the architecture world...
Love. Learn. Share.
This is the answer to all of our problems, really care about one another, even if you don't agree with them, understand them., love them, not in the fluffy way, but truly love them.
when you have a question, go and learn the answer, when you have an interest, go learn everything about that interest
that leads me to share after you get that information, share it. share your knowledge with hundreds or thousands of other people like in the EntreArchitect community..."
be conscious of that and share those three words with someone else..."

My kids really wanted me to go to Rockefeller Center, because of watching "30 Rock" on Netflix (we don't own a television, but they stream all of the "stuff" that they want and there's always Netflix bingeing. I wanted to go up to the top for a cocktail, but the lines are just too long. So kids, here are the photos of Rockefeller Center.
